Hudson Valley Hosting began with our own Airbnb property. After struggling to find a management company that offered the level of care we expected for our own home, we decided to build it ourselves.

With a background in marketing and a top-performing Superhost property in the top 1% of Airbnb listings, we’ve combined industry expertise with hands-on hospitality to create a new standard in co-hosting. About the Founder
Kevin Murphy founded Hudson Valley Hosting in 2025 to help homeowners grow their revenue on Airbnb while creating memorable guest experiences. With over 13 years of short-term rental management across New York, he saw a need for reliable, high-quality support in the Hudson Valley—and built the company he wished he could have hired.

A seasoned marketing professional, Kevin also brings experience from companies like HBO, Google, and RapidSOS, where he led strategic campaigns and brand partnerships. This background fuels his ability to position listings for maximum visibility and appeal.

Based in Columbia County and serving the greater region, Kevin is a top 1% Superhost and “Guest Favorite” known for thoughtful design, warm hospitality, and deep local knowledge. He finds real joy in sharing his homes with guests and curating stays that feel both elevated and welcoming.
